Measure around the fullest part of your bust.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso.
Low Hip
With your feet together measure around the fullest part of your hips/rear.

There are times when you know the place is a right place as soon as you enter it. Studio Kathanika is one such place which you shall know is the right place, even before entering it. Because at the entrance, it is written - "Please enter with a smile, some good vibes and an open heart." You know you have made it.
At that moment itself, it was thought of to have a minimalism seminar here. And that is what we did.
Limited people, a cup of coffee and some thoughtful conversations on minimalism & how it can help us live a simpler & happier life.
